How we think about this
Every product we sell has a real timeline, and our guarantee is built around that timeline instead of a round number that sounds generous. So the window is different for each one, and both are written out below in plain terms.
Clear & Keep, pre-wash scalp serum
The Two-Wash Promise. It has two parts.
Use it twice, which is one week. If your scalp does not feel different, email us and we refund you in full. You keep the bottle. There is nothing to send back and nothing to pay for. We would rather you kept it than paid postage to return a half-used serum.
Or finish the full eight weeks. If your hair is not behaving any better, less snapping in the brush, less flaking on your shoulders, tell us any time within 120 days of your delivery date and we refund you in full. The bottle can be empty. An empty bottle is the point.
Both parts cover multi-bottle orders on the same terms.
Aescin Standard
The clinical monograph behind our ingredient says it takes at least four weeks of daily use before anything changes, so the guarantee is built around that.
Take it for four weeks. Measure your ankle on day one and again on day twenty-eight. If you see no change, send the bottle back any time within 90 days of your delivery date and we refund your purchase price in full. Opened or empty both qualify. Keep the tape, keep the protocol.
For multi-bottle orders the same terms apply: return the bottles within 90 days for a full refund.
Return postage on Aescin Standard is paid by you. We will send the address when you email us.
How to start a refund
Email contact@storebeu.com, or just reply to your order confirmation, with your order number. A real person reads it. We will confirm within one business day and tell you whether anything needs to come back.
Once we confirm, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping, if any was charged, is included in the refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong
Email contact@storebeu.com within 7 days of delivery with a short description and clear photos. We replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and nothing needs to be returned. This is separate from the guarantees above and applies to every product.
The fine print, kept short
- Refunds cover the product purchase price.
- The refund window counts from the carrier-confirmed delivery date of your order.
- One refund per household per product.
- Clear & Keep is a cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and it is not a substitute for medical advice.
