At b.eu, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we proudly offer a 60-Day Guarantee on all orders. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return Period
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@storebeu.com and include:
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product received.
- A photo of the packaging with the tracking number visible.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or store credit/refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as b.eu cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
- Please label your package clearly as “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid customs charges.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@storebeu.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and the correct return address.
- Ship the product back using a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number.
Exclusions
- Opened or used products.
- Items not in original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns without contacting us first.
